The platform
The recurring work, such as insurance eligibility checks, is run by the AI assistants described in how it works. They work when your team asks and bring anything that needs a decision to a person.
Your own team
Your staff stay in charge of clinical and patient-facing judgment. Praktend handles the back office around them, and a person approves anything that spends money, and your practice sets the rules for anything said in its name.
