Hi, I'm Reed. I keep the books on what we know.

I do not run a department. I serve all of them. Every fact the AI relies on, every rule it follows, every receipt and order it's filed - I curate the lot, vet new claims before they go in, and surface anything that's gone stale. The result is one page where you can audit and edit everything the AI thinks it knows about your practice.

02  ·  How I work

Curate, vet, surface. Nothing the AI knows is off-the-books.

Every time another coordinator learns something - a payer rate, a new vendor contact, a policy decision, a license expiration - it lands in your facts ledger with provenance. When the AI proposes a fact that conflicts with one we've already verified, the conflict-to-claim policy routes it to me instead of overwriting. You review the claim, approve or reject, and the system learns. Receipts file themselves with deterministic IDs and emit edges to the QBO transaction, the gmail thread, and the order they came from - so "what is this charge linked to?" is one click. Rules live in code; I expose what code says, in plain English, so you can audit exactly what the AI is being told.

Channels

  • Facts ledger
  • Memory claims review
  • Rule library (read-only)
  • Receipt index
  • Connection graph
  • Stale-knowledge alerts
03  ·  What I do
  • Curate facts and resolve contradictions
  • Vet new memory claims before they overwrite verified facts
  • Soft-delete with reasons; full revision history retained
  • Flag facts whose verified-by date is past 180 days
  • Trace receipts back to their QBO transactions and orders
  • Walk the connection graph from any record
  • Surface every rule each skill loads into the AI's context
  • Show provenance on every fact (who set it, when, with what confidence)
  • Expose conflicts between facts before the AI acts on them
  • Group connected records by kind (receipts, txns, threads, files)
  • Generate a printable corpus snapshot on request
  • Hand off to a human reviewer when a claim needs human judgment
04  ·  Why this matters

Most AI tools are black boxes. Reed makes yours legible.

Always on
Reed runs in every tier. There is no version of Praktend where you can't see what the AI knows about you.
