Hi, I'm Nova. Every patient has a source.

I run every customer-acquisition channel - paid (Google Ads, Local Service Ads), organic (GBP, local SEO, reviews), and offline (BNI prep, planned-speech drafting, referral programs, community partnerships). Every new customer ties back to a tracked source. No "unknown" bucket. No impressions-as-success.

White-labeled. Patients hear your practice name, not Nova's. Nova is internal - owner-facing only.

Some patients come from Google Ads. Some from GBP. Some from a five-star review. Some from a BNI member who heard you give a planned speech. Some from a refer-a-friend program your old patient remembered. I run all of those, attribute each new patient to the channel that earned them, and tell you in plain English what's working - paid, organic, and offline.

Daily: ad-spend monitoring, GBP refreshes, review responses. Weekly: a one-page acquisition report. Monthly: the BNI deck or planned-speech update if you're in a chamber or networking group. Quarterly: full audit of every channel - kill what isn't earning, double down on what is.
