You reach me from your own secure login, so I always know who you are - I never match you by a name typed in chat. Doctors and hygienists can see their own production and compensation for any date range, scoped to the exact provider record your office linked to your account. Every clinical worker can check the office schedule, ask the practice's playbook a question, open documents shared with them, review their own tasks, and pull up their own credential and certification file. If your record isn't linked yet, or your office turned production off for your role, I say so plainly and point you to your office admin - I never guess a number, and I never write anything back.
