Compliance keeps a rolling calendar of every credentialing and compliance deadline across all providers: CAQH re-attestation windows (every 120 days), state license renewals, DEA renewals, NPI record accuracy checks, OIG LEIE exclusion screenings, and payer-specific enrollment revalidations. Ninety days before a deadline you see a draft action in the dashboard. Thirty days before, it's filed. You never find out about a missed window from a claim denial.

Payer enrollment is handled end-to-end: application preparation, portal management (CAQH ProView, Delta Dental, DentaQuest), and follow-up until effective date is confirmed. Surrogate management for practices with multiple providers or off-site owners.
